Openly will provide corporations the tools to better drive commercial value, to manage risk and to secure a licence to operate.

Openly believes that integrity in government engagement is better for planet, people and business.

Openly has the expertise and world leading platform to set a new standard for integrity in corporate-government dealings

Nick Booth

Nick Booth founded Openly after nearly twenty years at the pointy end of corporate-government interaction for the tobacco industry.

He was spurred to develop Openly after witnessing the growing need for sustainable public policy development and, in parallel, observing a growing tempo of integrity scandals.

From this, he identified the opportunity for corporations to be recognised for open and ethical conduct.

Nick believes that undertaking corporate-government interaction with integrity is better for planet, people and business.

Perhaps obvious, but Openly will be open and ethical in all dealings. At a practical level, Openly’s systems and controls will be subject to independent review.

Openly Accreditation is simple, robust and designed to complement existing sustainability/ESG processes and reporting.

Openly will always look to the operating environment and stakeholders for ways to evolve. By way of example, the Openly advisory board will review the disclosure statement questions annually for suitability.

Openly believes that integrity in corporate-government dealings benefits all and welcomes inquiries from across industries.

Openly’s services

Openly Accreditation is a designation that a business is acting with integrity when dealing with governments, whether that is lobbying, partnerships, tendering or similar. Openly Accreditation is simple yet rigorous and designed to complement existing ESG reporting processes. Corporations lodge a Disclosure Statement containing an assessment and an attestation.

Openly Education is designed to give directors, senior leaders and those at the coal-face the tools, knowledge and confidence to undertake government interaction with integrity, thereby managing risk and driving sustainable value.
